I think they may waiver on certain issues and some leaders can't possibly remember every single detail from their manuals, so might often "wing it"?
My supplements equal 30 calories, not quite the 50 required to make them a point. I re-checked them this morning.
I might go with 1.5 tsp of healthy oils plus my supplements, and do my own thing with this. I worry that if I include too many supplements that equal a point or more that I could go over on my points and it could slow my weight loss? You never know.
I think calcium fortified OJ should be a dairy if it has the right % to be considered a "serving".
Just my humble opinion!

Linda, Calcium is not just the only factor for something to be a diary. It has to have the same calcium, Vitamin D, protein and zinc as 1 cup of milk which is why the OJ doens't count. BTW it does count as 1 of your 3 non plain water servings.
