I'm here strugglin'. I stick with my points for a couple of days, but then the weekend came and Iwas home by myself and you know how that goes. I am back on track today after 4 days of going waaay over my points. I'm hoping weigh in will go well tomorrow, but since I've been bad, I'm not hoping for much.

How are all ya'll doing?????

I weighed in officially at my meeting yesterday. I'm down 2.4!

ETA:
My weight at the meetings is what I'm going by for our challenge. My weight at the meeting was 139 last Monday and yesterday was 136.6.

Hey guys I'm in. I have my weigh in tomorrow night so I will let you know how it goes. My starting weight is 161 lbs so I need to get down to 151.

I have been going along with you guys since one day last week but I was so busy I didn't get a chance to post until now.

Kim can't wait to hear how your weigh in goes tomorrow night. How long have you been losing?

Jenn- WTG with the 2.4 lbs!!! And way to go with the 17 lbs down total so far! How long have you been doing this and what plan are you following? Whatever you are doing it looks like it is working for you. Oh and I LOVE the pict of your dog- my parents have 2 pitbulls, I think they are beautiful animals. They look a lot like yours.

Rosario- I know how hard weekend eating is. I did well during the week and then with the weekend, it was so hard. We went for ice cream and then breadsticks and I about died when I found out I had eaten 28 points just for those things and that was in the evening so I had already eaten like 11 points- ugh
You can't let a few days get you down. That is what is so great about WW I think, that the plan is so forgiving of our mistakes. I mean we can start over, we don't have to quit. If you need to chat, IM me. My IM should be in my profile now. YOU are worth every step of this journey and you can do this!!!!

jenn - that's a great loss. WTG!!!

kim - good luck at your WI!

gonnabthin - congrats!! this week is going to be a great week for me too. I plan on sticking with it for the entire week. good luck!

TDean -

bandmom - I have to just keep trying to get it right. And when I do bad, the thing is to not keep on ruining the rest of the day (that's my biggest problem). Thanks for the support!

Weigh in was today adn I only lost 0.8 pounds. But I know I didn't really do anything to make the scale go down. But today is the beginning of the new week and I am so determined!!

So for me 0.8 pounds down, 9.2 to go!!!!

Let's go guys!!!!

Tdean- welcome to the group. I am fairly new myself and glad to have another newbie aboard

Kim- anxious to hear how your good week paid off at the WI

Gonnabthin- what an excellent weight loss you had this week. You must be something right!

Rosario- Ok girl- what do you mean that you ONLY lost .8? There is no only to it :-) that is so close to being a pound and besides that it falls within the acceptable amt of
.5 to 2 lbs a week that we can lose. Besides that, it is sure better than a gain! I am proud of you. You had some rough patches and yet you STILL came out on top!

We talked about all or nothing attitudes in the meeting this week. I know I have to get out of the habit that I ate such and such already so I might as well eat this or that- the day is screwed up anyhow. I have to get past that and remember that each and every bite I put in my mouth is a matter of a choice. I should be thinking, yeah I screwed up earlier, but no point in keeping that up. I admit, I don't always do that.

Keep up the good work everyone- Jodi

Ok ladies.....Here it is.......DOWN 7 POUNDS!!!!!!! I was so happy to see that tonight. I worked really hard and I know that I can get the rest off too. This being my first weigh in in a long time, I know alot of that loss was water weigh but the fat will come with it.

Congrats on everyone for there losses.

Rosario 0.8 is still a loss. Almost a pound!!!!

Congrats Gonne be Thin. Feels great doesn't it.

Bandmom, it's so nice to here you cheering everyone on. It helps to have someone here like you.

Can't "weight" until next weigh in.

Kim OH MY GOSH!!! 7 Pounds down!!! You ROCK girl! And thanks for the comment about me and it helping to have someone like me here. That surely will help me in my self-esteem issues which I am sure is connected to my weight issues also.

As for me right now...
Meijer's had Smart Ones on sale this week so I went and stocked up last night. I know I can eat "real" food and I DO! Believe me I do- lol. But I like to have the meals for lunch that way I can more closely control my points during the day and it helps in fixing the family meal in the evening.
I also had to buy a new water container, the other was leaking from the lid. I found one that is a mini jug with a handle, it holds 8 cups of water. It will help to know I only have to finish 1 instead of the old container I had, I had to drink 2. I guess it is just a mind thing, I hope to not to have to dread it so much if it is ONLY 1. lol
I bought some fruit last night and made up a smoothie when I got the munchies last night. It was good. I just threw some stuff in the blender, lol
But it will help me get my fruit in, a very hard thing for me to do.

Anyhow, I have to run to deliver Avon, so I am gonna go
Have a good weekend.

Jodi

Hey ladies, still OP here. Quite tired from working nights but I'm not going to let that stop me from exercising. I'm going to jump on the treadmill in a few minutes and get my day going.

Good idea on the 8 cup jug Jodi. I may have to look into getting one of those myself. I don't have a problem getting my water in at work but at home I do. I have a jug that's 3.5 cups and after the first one at home I don't want to drink anymore. I have to pick up groceries tonight so I just may look into that.

well better go and get some of my walk done before my son gets home from school.
