Whenever it was getting late and I still had a bunch of points left (whether from eating low-point foods or extra activity points), I would eat a 1/2 cup of
full fat real ice cream, something that would be a real treat, like Hagen Daas or Godiva or something really chocolatey, half a cup would knock those points right out, and it would be the real deal, not that nasty non-fat or no-sugar added stuff....but real cream and real sinful goodness. Not every night mind you, but once in a great while we all have those low point days where you can do this guilt free.
Once your weight goes down and your point level drops, you will probably wish you had this same problem

I remember thinking in the beginning, "I'm eating too much food, I'll never lose weight!"... but the WW formula works and if you give your body the nutrition it needs, those pounds will slide right off.
