Happy day after canadian thanksgiving and columbus day!

a bit nicer here today, went for a dog putter this am.

breakfast:
luna 4/4
coffee 1/5
lunch:
roasted red pepper soup 1/6
turkey chili 3/9
carrot
apple
snack: mozz stick 1/10

dinner:
chicken over bed of creamed spinach 5/15
artichokes
some sort of starch
skinny cow 2
exercise: gym and dog putters
water: hopefully get it in
vitamin: si,si

Midday (8)
salad, drsing-2, egg - 2, soup - 1, corn bread - 2, fruit -1

Evening (est 12)
steak - 7, potato-2, greens - 1, skinny cow -2

est Total: 25

water - some
need to stretch out
