im not having a good day. i was all set for a semi decent day and then it did a complete 180 and im p/o!

Andrea. sorry you didn't have a good day. I blew it last night as well, so I can totally relate. Dining out on Sat. nights always blows me away.
What we can do is pick up the pieces and move on. One bad day happens now and then. My leader once said that if you are "good" 80% of the time, you will succeed. That does not give us permission to go out and blow it 20% of the time, but it does tell you that there is a percentage of time that all of us will have those dining out experiences, birthday cakes, holidays and whatnot. What we cannot let happen is to allow it to lead to us going completely off the wagon and giving up. Every day is a clean slate. Linda |

I've been back on track, but I am starving and feeling really sad today. My uncle died last night and I'm trying really hard to stay away from emotional eating.
Weigh in for me is tomorrow, I want to have a loss really badly. Linda |
Hi guys - I got really busy starting Friday until today- whew. Eating has been a bit more difficult but not TOO bad.
I made this great wheat pasta yesterday. Wheat spaghetti with some shredded chicken from a cacciatore I made the week before (I froze the leftovers, just the chicken, not the tomato sauce) and 1 T of 3 shredded italian cheeses. 6 pts per serving and it is SO filling and yummy. I brought out the freezer dishes and froze portions and wrote the pts on the top. YUMMY and the wheat pasta makes it so filling. So I had it yesterday and a portion today for lunch. Today I added 1/3 cucumber and 1/2 sliced tomato and a sf jello - I'm satisfied and still not starving. No more frozen meals for me unless I'm desperate. I'm struggling real hard after 8 p.m. at night. I have the total munchies and am trying really, really hard to beat that. I need to pull out my crocheting again I think and keep my mind and hands busy. I think it's the nesting winter syndrome kicking in. |

andrea, i took a step or 2 back today, but i know i'[ll get there eventually. rose, i agree that the tv dinners aren't large enough. your meal sounds good. |
I set my January goal to six pounds - that's what I gained back between Thanksgiving and New Year. My goal weight was 179 - what I weighed before taking my holiday break from WW. I thought it would take me a lot longer than nine days to reach that goal! But here I am - I've already reached my goal!! I'm shocked - but now I can focus on my Sweetheart Challenge!

Whew - Andrea - thanks for emailing me back. I couldn't get here from work today - for some reason, it just wasn't working. I'm here now.
Struggling, struggling, struggling. I had my son pick up some fresh fruit last night so it helped this a.m. with the munchies. WOW - gotta find my groove and go with it. |

im struggling too just take it slow and yea w/o fv's im a gonner! we can do it together! not much exercise today-io think 15 min if even that-its a non pool day for me and since im just restarting i only cranked out 5 min on the bike. |
