Somehow I missed Gr8 2B's post about her weight loss. Good job!!!! I'm all about checking in regularly and keeping myself on track so you guys will probably read my posts quite a bit here. Doing well - 2 days on track and a great plan for this day. How's everyone else doing? |

I have a 20 lb goal for myself for April 1, so I will go for 8-10 lbs by V-day.

Maybe a challenge is what I need! Once I hit the 15lb mark, I just gain a pound or lose a pound. I need to get off this plateau! I will aim for 15lbs by Valentine's Day.

Have had a really good day so far! I made it to the gym this morning; it felt so good to sweat and burn! So far so good on eating, too!

Good morning! It's WI day. I missed last week because of the flu so we'll see where I'm at. I have no idea. The dress pants that I pulled on this morning are too big and won't stay on my waist so it can't be too bad.

Hey everyone......I worked out to today power walked and jogged 2miles It felt sooooo good. I can really jog now that I stopped smoking. I am going to the gym to do my strengh training in a bit ( do it before wk)....Have a great day. Hugs Christine

I'll join in this challenge and will aim for 15 lbs by February 14th, although I am going on a cruise Jan 27-Feb 4th, so I may fall short. It is all paid for by my husband's company, so I am going to take advantage of the finer foods of the Carribean. There is a gym, track and rock climbing wall on board, so I will get some excercise. I'll have to make sure I take my weight watcher points book with me and try to keep track.
Sorry, I don't mean to brag, but I have never been on a cruise before and I am so excited. I just have bad motion sickness, even in a car. Any suggestions for a smooth trip? I hate to ruin it with nausea. I'd definately lose weight that way. |
Tracy~ I am so jealous...I can't wait to go on a cruise. We want to wait until our kids are are tad older, so they can enjoy the ship with a little bit of freedom. Anyway....you'll have a fabulous time. Good luck in the challenge:)

Just noticed you were from Ontario. I am a Texan living up here for the past while. I have also worked on several cruise lines. A couple of tips... the inside middle cabins of the ship seem to be the best for people with motion problems. Also, Do Not Wait several days to see the nurse on board!!!!!!! You can get a shot and it will be done! I have known too many people try to wait it out and miss some of the fun! They say do not eat citrus fruits and best of all.... take some of the WW bars and stuff with you! Sometimes your tummy likes familiarity. Have a great time!!!! Trezie:D |
