OK, I'm in ~ I maintained this week (better than a gain, right?). Current Weight is 95.8 KG; 7 more weeks for the challenge = 3.8KG as my goal :D

Mind if I join ya'll? It's been a while since I posted on 3fc but I'm determinded to get back on track (and on program) with the new year. I'm going to make my Sweethearts Goal 15 pounds lost and at least 645 minutes on my treadmill between now and then.

I would love to join, I'm starting WW Jan 1...I buying a scale tomorrow (I think lol). I just had my baby so I'm not sure how much I weigh right now and once I weigh I'll post my goal! I'm so excited!!! We can do this ladies :) Hopefully soon I'll be joining you in ONEDERLAND!!!!!

Ok....so now that the holiday challenge is over ( or almost) I am ready to set my Sweetheart Goal. My current weight is 232.6 and I have lost 24 lbs. I am wanting to be at 220 by Valentines day. So my goal is 12.6.
Christmas was EXTREMELEY hard for me. I ate way too much. I am hoping I didn't gain. But I have to look at it that I did much better than I would have had I not been on WW. This is a lifestyle not a diet, so the fact that I ate a piece of fudge isn't the worst thing in the world. Thankfully it wasn't a whole pan of fudge!! Good luck sweethearts!! I wanna join in for the sweetheart challenge.. I think I will go for 12lbs by Valentines. That will put me at 166. It seems like the closer I get to goal the slower it's coming off! I need to make another ticker. Good Luck Everyone!

okay ladies...count me in!!! I am in for 16lbs. I know it's a lofty goal, but I am really working hard to stay OP. We have a lot coming up in the next few months....2 weeks in Hawaiiin March & I am Matron of Honor in my sisters wedding in the beginning of May. I got to kick it up a notch.....:carrot:

I always say I'm going to join these challenges and never follow through...this time I'm really going to do it. I'm going to lose 15 lbs by February 14th. I really want to be at or beyond my end of Feb birthday goal, so I'm GOING to kick it into high gear these next few months, especially since I had such a huge gain in December. COUNT ME IN!

i would love to join you guys my 2year anniversary is on valentines but it feel like it would be my first anniversary because last year my hubby was deployed in iraq and i was 8months pregnant.
I want to feel better about my looks and look nice on valentines i think my goal will be 12lbs but i challenge myself to workout 5x a week for at least 20min. and drink at least 64oz of water |

Hi, it's been a while since I've checked out this site. I'd like to join you if I could. My goal is to reach 198 my prepregancy weight. This is a 14 pound goal for me. I'm starting back at work, so I'm not sure how this will go. HAve a Happy and Blesses New Year!
