i'd like to jump in, too. my goal is to have 10 lbs off by valentine's day. i did all right during christmas except for one day. however, our local golden corral closed as of today. yesterday i acted like a disposal for them. today's a new day, a new year, a new beginning, a new challenge. (do i sound pumped or what!)

I'm ready to focus again and to kick it up a notch or two. I lose weight slowly but I'm going to kick this right in the butt and say 10 lbs by 2-14 - this gives me the new year Umph factor and I hope when I finally weigh in on Thursday I don't have a huge gain. The following goals:
1. Lose 5 lbs by January 31st (180 lbs) 2. Lose 10 lbs by 2-14 (175 lbs) 3. Stay OP EVERY DAY 4. Embrace the new point range that WW gave me (I lost 2 pts) 5. Drink my water (all of it) 6. Exercise 5 days a week (I was locky to get 3 days in) 7. Plan, Plan, Plan - it's the biggest key to success in Weight Watchers |
I am in. My xmas goal did not go as well as planned but I will do 10 pds by Valentines day. I need to focus on something....

I'd like to go for this, too! Since I'm just beginning the foray into the SBD, and I have so much to lose, I think I could probably make 20. After that, I'm sure it will slow down. Thanks for the help! Barbara:dizzy:

Good morning all!!!! So far so good today. I had been planning on getting back to the Y today, but dd has a pretty bad cold so I didn't want to leave her with the babysitting service that the Y offers. However, I did do a high intensity aerobic & toning video. Better than nothing, right?! Eating is going well today, too.

Hi, how's everyone doing. I weighed in at my WW meeting this morning and I lost 1.8 lbs. So I have 7.6 lbs. to go to reach my Sweetheart Challenge Goal.

My first WI for the challenge today....I was down 2.8lbs! :dancer: You gotta luv that!! Now if I could keep up this momentum :) I hope you ladies are all having a good week

hi everyone my eating was pretty good today and i got a piece of a workout done im having a hard time counting calories im about to just do it the old fashion way and eat when im hungry which isnt too often
