Bumping thread. I am not sure which bands to get. Handles, no handles, 1 color, different colors? I currently use 4# weights

Sorry for bumping an old thread but I'm on the fence about resistance bands. Personally, I've gotten better results with dumbbells and/or kettlebells. Sorry. But that's me.

Really helpful! I have some of these in a drawer upstairs, so great to be able to actually use them!

Exercises using resistance bands:
  • Lift to the side. Holding each end of the resistance band in your hands, stand up, and place both of your feet in the middle of the band
  • Squats. Holding either end of the resistance band with your hands, place both feet in the center of it
  • Pressing the chest
  • Do a leg press
  • Do a bicep curl
  • Sitting Calf Press
  • Twice Press
