Hey ladies... I have never really been into weight lifting, but I know that there are a lot of wonderful benefits. Right now my biggest goal is to lose POUNDS, but I don't want to end up looking like a lot of flabby skin a bones (I know, that is a long way off, but still). I don't think I would mind slowing down the weight loss if I could become shapelier in the process. I have been checking out some of the recommended sites you all have posted.
Does anyone have any advice or recommendations or words of encouragement?
