Newbie's BFL question

  • Hey all--I love this site and visit often. I am starting BFL, today is day two, and as I went through the process of lifting I realized I had a question. I have the BFL for women and Peeke says to do three sets per exercise. Does that mean for each muscle grouping? My confusion stems from the form that she offers--ex: under quad/hamstring are three brackets--do I perform three sets for each exercise under quad/hamstring or do those three brackets constitute my three sets? Make sense?
    Thanks!
  • I believe what she says (sorry don't have the book in front of me) is do 3 sets per exercise and 2 exercises per muscle group. So you would pick out 2 exercises for your quads (squats and leg press for example), you do 3 sets of squats and then 3 sets of leg press.

Also, she says to look into how the original body for life does weight training and cardio. You can find the weight training exercise guide on this website:

    I hope this helps.
