I am thinking of starting weight training to gain muscle and tone out but ive been told that I should eat first and gain my weight so that im at an average weight and then weight train so i have fat to turn into muscle
are these people right? or should i start weight training now?
I'm 122 at 5"8 1/2. thats about 8 pounds underweight but it's mostly fat.im just curious on what i should do to gain GOOD weight


Fat doesn't 'turn into' muscle - they're two completely different types of body tissue. Weights will reshape your body and a few added pounds of muscle will make a world of difference!
and proper food will help with those problem spots and give you lovely muscle.
