    A perfect body is one that is still breathing and can carry out basic functions I am a firm believer that as a person thinks they are. Change the way you think about yourself and you will change your entire life.

    You know what - perhaps at the weekly store sales meeting, the Powers That Be told the staff that they were overstocked on 1 lb neoprene weights and to SELL the crap out of them...

    Only half kidding though - this DOES happen, in my limited retail experience...
