OUCH! My husband is brutal!
He is my personal trainer now, and he put me through a kettlebell work out yesterday that I am really feeling today! I felt a little sore yesterday, but I guess it takes 12-24 hours for "squat soreness" to kick in! No bad pain... just some good soreness pain.
I am loving the kettlebell workouts... I just needed to come in here and share my pain.
Congratulations! I had delayed onset also from Monday's workout. Not kettlebells, but I learned how to do swings with the dumbbells and on Wednesday my inner thighs and the bottom of my butt cheeks were on fire!
Jennifer, what was your form for swinging with the dumbells? I have the kettlebell manual, and at one point tried to adapt the dumbbells, but was not sure I was doing it correctly. This thread makes me want to try again. Any hints?
