I think it looks like a good plan, and is attainable. I started my very first Challenge 2 years ago, at a very similar starting point, and did accomplish what you're looking for.
I found that the BFL journal helped immensely - I filled out the page for that day each night before going to bed. Not sure if it's still available, but I think similar pages are available on the BFL website. Basically just recording how you did vs. your plan for each day. Really helped me to see where I was doing well, and where I still needed to focus.
I also suggest you take photos of yourself to start, as scary as it may sound - you will be SO glad you did in the end - it's great to have that record of what you achieved. Side view as well as front and back!
