I promise, I'm not afraid of getting bulked up.
But my calves are pretty huge at this point. They were big enough from hauling all my weight around and a past history of ballet, and they are all muscle. But they are getting to the point where pants get stuck on them and are really a bit too big for my taste.
I haven't done much in the way of actual calf exercises, but my Jazzercise class, yoga/pilates work, elliptical, and squats seem to be making them bigger.
How can I keep my calves from getting bigger than they already are?
