I have been working with a personal trainer 4 times a week for almost 3 weeks doing (weight training, and cardio), also I've been doing Weight Watchers for about a week and a half. I was weighed after my first week of WW and I gained 4 pounds, I did not cheat and basically ate a lot of brown rice, veggies, fruit, turkey, and chicken. What happened, and will the scale ever show the pounds coming off (it's very frustrating)....My trainer has not measured me yet, should I just wait on that? I really would like to see the pounds come off!
