Default muscle specific excersises

howdy i have a problem with a few areas and need some excersises to isolate the problem muscle. 1. the front delt. i dislocated my shoulder and its still really week compared to the mid and outter delt.

2. neck. i suffered a serious neck injury playing rugby and need to gain back some strengh as its weak i find it painfull to hold my head up at times and my adams apple slips out of place often

3. GRIP!!! i have a shockingly bad grip i started climbing to improve it but shoulder stopped me doing it

Si - I'm thinking that this would be considered medical advice...it sounds as though you need to see a physical therapist or specialist, since you're still recovering from a couple of injuries...of course that's just IMO.
