We have a basic synopsis of the BFL plan in the sticky "Basic Bodybuilding Information". IMO, BFL is a very good introduction to weight training if you've never done it before. (Incidentally, you might want to check out the Eating for Life thread in General Diet Plans - that's a group following the diet plan outlined in Bill Phillips' new book,
Eating for Life).
And of course, feel free to join us on the weekly thread - we aren't following any one program - basically all doing our own thing but following what our Meg has called the "LWL Holy Trinity" - i.e. clean nutrition, weight training, and intense cardio.
