Gym Routine Help

Hello!

I'm going to start going to the gym again. I am 171cm tall and I weigh around 113kg. I have two dogs and I do walking regularly. I'd like to say that I eat well, snacking around once a week and keeping a limit on junk food consumption.

I'd like some advice and tips to people's personal experiences, websites, apps - just anything that could give me a good routine.

Most of my weight is, hands down, on my belly. It hangs and I hate it. My inner thighs, upper back and my upper arms could use some work, but my belly is the worst offender. I'd appreciate any kinds of help!
