I'm hoping to keep moving up to something like 300 swings a day. I like the goal of 10k swings in a month. I've always done better with strength goals over weight loss goals.
Does this seem like a reasonable goal? Would this give me balanced weight training, or do I need to consider adding some other exercises?

I have been doing kettlebell workouts for years. They are a complete, total body workout. Swings are excellent. I think your goal is excellent and may join you in that. I don't do swings exclusively, however swings are highly effective.
