Default Kettlebell Swings

I'm trying to slowly build up a daily, or at least most days, kettlebell workout. For now I'm just focusing on swings because simple means I'm more likely to do it. I'm using a 25lb bell until I'm ready to move back up to the 36lb. I started with 25 swings and have since moved up to 50 swings a day. I'm hoping to keep moving up to something like 300 swings a day. I like the goal of 10k swings in a month. I've always done better with strength goals over weight loss goals.

Does this seem like a reasonable goal? Would this give me balanced weight training, or do I need to consider adding some other exercises?

I like my kettleball swings. They are one of my core workouts.

If you want other things that work the whole package try squats, deadlifts and benchpress.

Kettleball is good but you can go heavier with the other exercises to work different major muscle groups more intensively.

For example, I will kettleball swing 35lbs. But bench 100lbs. Squat 165lbs and deadlift 200.

I have been doing kettlebell workouts for years. They are a complete, total body workout. Swings are excellent. I think your goal is excellent and may join you in that. I don't do swings exclusively, however swings are highly effective.

A terrific exercise to raise heart rate and burn calories is the kettlebell swing. It is frequently used as a workout to strengthen the heart and lose excess weight. The secret is to stay consistent and perform numerous sets for more repetitions.
