I picked up Bill Phillips BFL book tonight and I feel ready to take on the 12 week challenge. I love goal setting. Here is my ? I like Pilates and Yoga and would like to continue doing them on the program. How would I best work them in?
I started BFL a year and a half ago, and have been doing Pilates and Tae Kwon Do classes, as well as my BFL workouts. I think they're great! Because of all the abdominal work in my extra classes, I skip the ab part of the BFL workout.
