Just wanted to say, I started NROL4W last Wed.
My schedule is Lift M-W-F, Cardio T-TH. I've been pretty darn good about diet, and it's already paying off. I stepped on the scale today purely out of curiosity, because I don't necessarily care about weight, just size and appearance, but I am down 3 lbs!
Thanks to everyone who posts on this forum for letting me lurk...I have been so inspired by all of you and your success! I have been working hard and sweating like I never have before. It feels great! Thanks for the inspiration and motivation!

Glad to see you here! The book and lifting plan are great! Just follow along and you'll have great success. Don't hesitate to chime in about your own experience or with any questions about that experience.
