If you're losing inches, clothes are getting loose, things are tightening up but you're not losing weight, you've reached the perfect state. You're losing fat and gaining muscle -- congratulations! Body composition is more important than the number on the scale.

Yes, but Rif, I am about 5'3" & weighed 202 at the time....I can only hope that eventualy I would have also started to get lighter...What do you think ?
