So I've finally gotten my EFL book. What were your fav recipes? Lydia, do I remember you talking about buffalo chicken somethings?

Yep. I do. It's on page 150, Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The Shrimp Scampi was good as well as the Singapore Shrimp. Most of the recipes are quick to make and tasty. Mom's Chicken Enchiladas I make in batches and freeze for a quick meal too. Enjoy the book. I think it makes following the program much easier to do. Much better than broiled chicken, steamed broccoli, and baked yams every night. This reminds me that I have to put my menu together for this upcoming week or else I'll be eating just that!

i love the chilled grape and chicken salad and turkey meatloaf but really i love everything out of the book.

and btw if you like to track cal.,carb, protein whatever this site has all the nutrition facts on the recipes in efl
