Default The biggle and little wiggle-arm size difference

How many people have this problem? My primary arm, my right, is a three inches larger and considerably stronger than my left. Does any one have any good resources about getting even arm definition and tone? Should I left more weights on one arm than the other?

Hi reddalice,

I think most would recommend lifting the SAME with each arm until the weaker catches up. For dumbell curls, for example, I train the weaker arm first and then match the reps with my strong arm.

With barbell work you are forced train both arms equally if you are lifting the bar straight.

How to get tone? Lose weight and do lots of tricep work.
