I've been googling and reading his longwinded ad site for the last half hour. From what I gather, the programs is based on the good old six CLEAN meals per day nutrition, short, high intensity interval cardio, and circuit training with a lot of plyometrics and core work thrown in.
I'd be interested in reading it, but I
enjoy the time I spend in the gym, and I do see results- so I'm not willing to spend $40.00.
I have read quite a few of his articles and what he writes always makes sense. I've incorporated some parts of his workouts that have been published in Men's Health and Oxygen, but personally I really dislike following someone else's workouts more than once. Just my preference, and I have plenty of experience putting together workouts that work.
If you need a change or a "refresher", give it a try! And please report back
