I'm looking for a little help with this, I have been following programme in a book, and it tells you to up the weights before you increase the sets. All the exercises are split into three levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced. What I would like to know is how do you know when to stop upping the weights and go onto the next level? I have 2kg and 4kg weights so what hapens after that should I go up to 6kg or start at intermediate level with 2kg and doing more sets? I hope that makes sense
