So, I was going to buy a pull up machine as I work out solely from home and don't have access to a lat pull down machine and was getting bored with the same old back exercises. I went online, did some research and decided that learning to do pull ups...I can almost do 1
...might be a more cost effective method. One website had instructions for starting with negative pull ups where you stand on a chair and start at the top and slowly lower yourself to the ground, and the do it all over again. I did 3 sets of 6-6-4 last Monday. Let me tell you, it seemed easy when I was doing it but the soreness lasted forever...even up till today, which I like
