Default Just wanted to share...

I just wanted to share some good news. The past week and a half has been really tough. Try as I might, the scale hasn't budged from 149 and (according to the scale) my body fat is stuck at 28%.

This morning when nothing changed I got frustrated because I thought I was fooling myself about seeing improvement! Then, this afternoon a co-worker asked if I was working out. He remarked that I was looking really like I did a couple years ago when I first started BFL.

That was great to hear, particularly since I was wearing my jacket, a baggy sweater, and a pair of trousers. Hardly a form-fitting combo!

Somehow, a non-moving scale isn't that big of a deal anymore:

Congrats Kylie - what a great NSV (non scale victory)! That's great when people start noticing because I think that's when things start gettting easier bc it's proof that what you're doing is working and has become a part of your routine.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate everyone's support. For the first time I don't feel like I'm doing the diet thing all alone. I think that's also part of why I feel this time is different.
