I just wanted to share some good news. The past week and a half has been really tough. Try as I might, the scale hasn't budged from 149 and (according to the scale) my body fat is stuck at 28%.
This morning when nothing changed I got frustrated because I thought I was fooling myself about seeing improvement! Then, this afternoon a co-worker asked if I was working out. He remarked that I was looking really like I did a couple years ago when I first started BFL.
That was great to hear, particularly since I was wearing my jacket, a baggy sweater, and a pair of trousers. Hardly a form-fitting combo!
Somehow, a non-moving scale isn't that big of a deal anymore:
