Once I hit 50 pounds, I notice my skin sags and winkles a bit when I get in certain positions during my floor exercises. For instance, my mid-driff has excess skin hanging down when I'm on all fours, but not when I'm standing or laying on my back.
Since my weight loss is recent and I only had the 50 pounds on me for three years, I am hopeful that my skin will retract as I continue with my healthy lifestyle.
