Hi..
I have not lifted in years.. (like 20!) I just bought a 5 pound and an 8 pound set of dumbells.. I want to work on my upper arms (specifically the freaking bat wings I am getting with the weight loss!)
can someone guide me on a good set of exercises for upper arms? or is there a site with good illustrations? or even videos?
I really want to concentrate on the upper arms..
I have been doing pushups.. but I am getting pain between my shoulder blades.. (have been doing two sets of 20 a day -not together but at different times throughout the day)..
