Currently, I have been working out 3-4 times a week doing cardio at my local gym. It is a fairly large gym but has mostly "bodybuilder" type guys that workout there. They have a variety of machines as well as free weights.
I'd love to start lifting some weights but I have no idea which exercises to do.
Does anyone have a lifting plan that would be good for a beginner?? I want to all over tone my body as well as lose an additional 20-30 pounds.
