Default Found: A solution to my barbell dilemma! (silly)

So by accident, I found the solution to my barbell - rack dilemma! My 7 yo jumped on my back today when I was standing by the couch she was standing on. I thought to myself, "WOW, this used to kill me when she did this! and it doesn't hurt now." So then, I started doing squats with her on my back!! lol My dh 'bout fell out of his chair and said, oh my, that's 60 lbs on your back!! I said, yep, and cranked out about 10. Amazing how she was so well balanced as well. So, grab your local kid, give a piggy back ride, and throw in 10 squats at the end for a good workout! Fru, I'm sure this would go over real well in your kiddie kick-boxing class!!

Fran, this is great! I need to get my eight year old on the scale... thanks for the idea.
