Getfit365???
Hi ya'll!
I have scheduled my lap band surgery for 5/12/06 in Tijuana with Dr. Ortiz. I also have scheduled my follow up appt. back here at home (Houston) with a doc who doesn't mind taking Mexico patients and following them.
Here's my question ... Dr. Ortiz wants me on GETFIT365 one week prior to surgery. I know that if anyone in the world has tried this stuff it would be one of you!! Does anyone have any feedback? Was it horrible?
I'm going through what I'm sure is normal, trying not to eat like every meal is 'the last supper,' obsessing about the liquid phase and sometimes thinking it will be impossible and then other times getting excited about it like it's the beginning of my new life.
Anywhoo, enough of my babbling. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
