Back to the invisibility thing, ole Alvin is like a different person since he lost his weight. The biggest place I see the difference is at church. After services, before WLS we usually went out the back door fairly soon after the last AMEN, now we are there forever, and he is all over the place talking and greeting visitors. At least I have my mom to stand and talk to me until he is ready to leave!
As far the weight lifting thing, we both work out with a trainer on a reular basis (me 2x and him 3X a week) and you are right about how much strength we had when we started.
