It's a great source of protein, and WE CAN HAVE IT! My dad used to mix it with some yogurt to make it more spreadable - yet another hit of protein.
And then there's my favorite - PB on a cracker with some sliced strawberries! well, think about it - PBJ made with strawberry jam is a classic - this way just takes out the sugar!
Jiffy, have you tried sunbutter? It is made from sunflower seeds and it is tasty as well. I was told it is healthier than PB, but eh...I didn't see much difference in the nutritional facts at first glance.
PB2 was a lifesaver when I was drinking a lot of protein shakes. I would add a scoop to chocolate protein powder, with some almond milk and ice cubes, and would have a delicious choco-peanut shake.
