I've been having alot of trouble with constipation. I drink lots of fluid,put fiber mix in one of my waters a day and take 3-4 stool softners everynight. Does anyone know if it's okay for you to take the probiotic after RNY to get your digestive track inline or will they not work on us?
I highly recommend a probiotic. I take a VERY strong one daily (Primal Defense Ultra). I will say they help me in many ways, but not necessarily for battling constipation. Couldn't hurt to try, though!
gina, with all that stuff you're taking, could i ask if you're drinking enough water? you say you are, but have you measured it? all that fiber and stuff needs extra water to work, so you may have to drink quite a bit more than 64 oz.

I did'nt think about increasing over 64 with the fiber thats a good idea I thought 64 would be enough. And Jill I'm going to start a probiotic too since your doing it,it can't hurt and I will increase my fluids too.
