OK folks - here's our brand new exercise tracking thread. we're doing this for several reasons - like
1. we all talk about it, but never tell anyone exactly what we're doing
2. this is about the only forum that DOESN'T have a regular exercise tracking thread
3. whenever we've had one, it keeps sinking lower and lower and lower until it disappears!!!
4. we're all much better at tracking our food than our exercise.
SO - here are the rules:
1. I'm purposely NOT making this a sticky - we have to keep this thread close to the top of the page BY POSTING IN IT!!!!
2. Post your exercise - and ANY MOVEMENT counts , except for Kier's scooter racing down the hallway! [when you start seeing that i walked around the block or made it through the grocery store, that's a BIG DEAL for me these days]
3. OR, post the reasons you DIDN'T exercise - and that's not so we can criticize you, but so that YOU can see the truth. [the exception: when i post that my asthma is acting up, the correct response is NOT 'oh poor jiff.' it's JIFF: did you take your meds!!!!!]
4. if you're having an issue with organising yourself to exercise, please post your dilemma - someone somewhere may have an idea that'll help you work around it.

I also ate well yesterday, turkey and yogurt and watermellon.
