First of all, congrats on getting so close to your goal! Good for you!

Second: the "cold body/hands" thing is pretty common in post ops. Some have circulation problems, and others just have difficulty adjusting from being hot all the time when we are really overweight, and suddenly not having so much insulation after weight loss, leaving us cold all the time. I was one of those people that had the AC going and a fan going all year long...but after surgery I started needing to carry a sweatshirt.

Have your Dr. check your bloodwork for iron, and all of your vitamin levels, and mention your concerns for your cold hands and feet. After eliminating a medical concern, you may need to just adjust to the new, thinner you without so much padding to keep you warm!

I am 8 years out, and still get cold hands and feet at times and it seems nothing will warm them up. I usually try to jump into a hot shower if available and convenient. Otherwise I suffer, and try to find a hot cup of coffee.

Try wearing a vest or a haramaki. http://www.squidoo.com/haramaki Your body may still be trying to heal your gut from your surgery, so it's sending more blood there. With a vest or haramaki your midsection will be warm, and your body will feel safer sending blood to your hands and feet.
