oy i've been sick. NOTHING WLS related. I have had a bad cold...

the hives are finally gone... and slowly I'm losing weight...

Oh no I am sorry you were sick! That probably stalled your weight loss too! But it will get better. yay for the loss even if it is slow!

no flu
in fact I went to the doctor and confirmed it was just a very bad cold.

it's funny i'm a stickler for calling the flu the flu and a cold a cold and most folks with a BAD cold will say they have the flu but let me tell you having had the flu twice in my life (not bad for 49) You will know the difference. With the flu you PRAY TO DIE... because NOTHING could hurt so bad... my hair hurt, my fingernails hurt, and what I remember most was the overwhelming cold. I was in bed with 2 pairs of socks, sweat pants, a flannel nightie, a sweatshirt two blankets and a heating pad. I was still FREEZING....

nope this was just the garden variety cold.

today I go see the surgeon for my monthly check in. I'm a week late and I'm 5 weeks 1 day out today!
