Default Mock Mashed Potatoes Surpreme!!

My five y/o GD just graduated from preschool and the teacher gave her a journal for a graduation gift. One of the questions in the journal was, "What is your favorite food?" She made me write "Cauliflower Mashed Tatoes". I had made this George Stella recipe because I was trying to sneak more veggies into the GKs diet and up the old people veggies intake. I got the recipe off of Food Network. It was very good and even had a little bit of beef gravy on them.
Her favorite candy bar was either a Reece Cup or a protein bar. She couldn't decide what was better so made me write them both down. We had a tea party outside on the patio yesterday and she wanted to know if there was any "protein for dessert"!!! I think just maybe she is hanging around her granny too much!!!!

that is just SOOOO adorable!!!!

and i can't help it - there ARE a couple of ways to get protein in for dessert [besides everyone's favorite cheesecake - too bad cheesecake doesn't count as protein]!!! fruit with either yogurt or cheese!!!! or a 'milkshake' made with frozen strawberries popped in the blender with milk or buttermilk or yogurt
