2 oz chicken and veggies (celery, potatos, onions)
1/4 c au gratin Potatoes
1/2 Spanish rice with ground beef
2 Mini Meat loaf
2 oz Chicken, breast...shake and baked
1/2 butter and herb angel hair pasta
4 servings Cream substitute, light, for my coffee

Supper was 3/4 c. of homemade Wendy's chili with a soy dog.
I keep thinking why would I have a soy dog with that much chili. Because everyone else was having one?????!!!!!! If everyone jumps off the cliff would I do it also!!! LOL!!!
I'm done for the day except water and if my DH brings CheeZits into this house again, I'm going to throw my red sweat shirt in the wash with his white undies!!!
Last night I thought I would eat about 10, well how about 10,000. Got up at 4:00 with the worst Cheezit diarrhea and gas!!! I know TMI, but I'm so dumb. I didn't even read my accountability card today, that I have written to myself on why I don't want to overeat. Well, if I did read it today I probably would have eaten it afterward!!!! LOL!!!
HAngover? no not booze food
last nights meeting was stressful and I made poor choices and ate after 9 so Could someone deflate my stomach b4 I stink out my whole office?
I spent all day in the throne room Lunch was a brilliant choice I know thought veggies before sensitive stomach
thus far the only thing that have not "comeout" are the cookies

But I learned my lesson from the Unclean eating of last night

Dinner ooh its a christmas party tonight so I'm thinking I'll bring home a Lean cuisine and eat that first so as not to go hungry (big mistake from last night)
