Just like so many before me posted I am very sorry to hear about your loss and all the stress that accompanied your loss. I too have not posted in a long while, but I try to read some of the post here and there. Jiffy you are a great assest and have answered many questions.

Guess a little update on me. I was about 296 prior to my original schedule surgery in the first week of December of 2007, but did not have the band until 12-31-07. Then I had the another unexpected surgery three weeks later on 1-22-08 and went home with that open wound. I did not start to exercise until the beginning of April. I am working out almost everyday by doing an hour on the elyptical machine. I saw my surgeon, because of my wound last Wednesday, but weighed in at 239. I have to admit I am getting obsessive regarding the scale and pissed that the weight is not falling off faster. I know in my head not to think that way. I decided to make an appointment with the psychologist to help with my many "issues" before they start to set myself up for failure.

Thank you again, Jiffy.
