Default My Oatmeal...

I eat oatmeal 1-2 times a week for breakfast because I'm not that creative or have that much time. So, I buy the whole grain Quaker's oatmeal and add whatever I'm feelin' like that day which usually adds up to.

1/2 cup oatmeal 150 calories
I can't believe it's not butter 1 tbsp 50
Raisins (can insert any fruit here) 1/8 cup 65
Cinnamon
Equal (or Splenda)

Great filling breakfast for 265 calories.

I eat a South Beach meal replacement bar for breakfast (19 grams of protein) and a coffee, at about 6:45-ish in the morning. Then I eat lunch at 10:45, so it stays with me about 4 hours or so! SO GOOD!!
