Heh. I've GAINED 5 lb!!! And I've been eating super-dooper really swell! - cut out junk food, NO processed food, and eating fresh fruit & veggies... and I've gained 5 lbs.
Well, at least I FEEL better, eating more healthy. Dang it.
Ive been very slack in recent weeks, i think its been to do with my birthday and stuff. Im getting really excited for christmas - Im a lil down i didnt reach my 147lbs goal, but I have 2 more weeks to try and get closer. These two weeks are going to be full to the brim of cross training and eating very healthily. Hour a night cross training I thinks - should get me 4lbs off by the 24th.
In the new year I plan to start swimming at least 4 hours a week, it should help me as I think my body is used to my running and cross training.
