i've been great about exercise, but not so much about food. i want to be back on the plan today. that's my goal. and not to go nuts with everything that's going on around here.

food was perfect yesterday... and that's the first time i can say that in a long while. today will probably be an at home workout today, because i can't get to the gym. i am determined, however, to get in at least 60 minutes.

and my water goal looks good for today. food has been good too.

I thought you knew.

I told you a thousand times

with my eyes

my smile

my gentle touch

You said it, too.

with your looks

your smile

your pause that was

Just long enough to make me wonder

Is it true?

maybe not loving

but Longing

or desire
(my desire could split the atom)

It is you

that cuts right to the heart of me

in that moment

the look

the pause
(past all our flaws)

beyond committments and ties

away from all the lies

To love and back

and hearts in a stack

left of broken dreams

held together by the seams

Or is it?

Another visit

Is what I live (love) for.

Look at me again

when no one's around

tell me I'm wrong

if that's true

but give me your look

and it will live forever

in the place of that

piece of my heart that you took.

i realized that it's time to set new goals.

1. drink at least 40 oz of water per day.

2. meet my goal of 1000 exercise minutes.

3. practice yoga daily, if only for ten minutes.

i want to do more, but i think it would be too much. so i'm starting small.

What is 1000 exercise minutes, dcapulet? 600 minutes would be ten hours, so 1000 minutes would be what . . . 16 hours? Yikes! I must not understand what that is.
