  • I have no problems with feeling hungry. I eat three small meals a day and if i need to snack I have a home baked cake (no salt or anything) or a yoghurt.

    Last week I increased the intensity of my exercise to 70 mins a day, 6 days I run and the other day I ride my bike. I get very sweaty, lol, I work really hard at it.

    I want to add swimming, but I am not confident enough to strip down that bare in public ! YET!

    I am determined to get to my 140lb target my christmas (14lbs to go) and I will do anything to get there. I just cant wait to see the look on those peoples faces that gave me so much grief and hassel for being the 196lbs that I was.
