  • I weighed in this A.M. and I am 4 lbs. closer to reaching my Christmas goal. Only 34 lbs. more.

  • Oy, only 1lb lost in the past 12 days! Ah well, I will still try.

    Happily, the 1lb lost put me down to 159, a new low!
  • Well ladies, how are we all doing? My mom was in town and I haven't dared to get on the scale since. It's hard to believe its really only 12 weeks left! I have to lose a little over 2 pounds a week to get to my goal, I could totally do that!

  • I think I was down this week, pretty sure the scale read 176.4 but I dont remember now... so I dunno if I should write it down, lol. I was hurry when I weight but I remember telling my bf I had lost 1.2 pounds but for some reason I kept thinking the scale read 177.4 (only .2 pounds) - so yah.

    But I ate sooo much this weekend, enough calories for 4 days! anyway, hopefully I can stay under this week and fix this up.

    I was down on the scale this morning but I am still not under 234 so I cant count that as a loss. But I am pretty stoked to see what next weeks wi is becuase today i started the Fat Smash diet and I have a really good feeling about this.

    Good luck everybody. Like aimee says...there is only 12 weeks left!!! Let's get a-rockin!!!

  • It sounds like a good one, but too strict for me!
  • grrrr I want to record my loss, but worried that I read the scale wrong And this weekend in tom, so no weigh in for another two weeks grrrrrrr

    oh a happy note, a friend of mine just finished an interview here and it sounds like he might get a job!
  • I haven't even decided on my Christmas goal. Right now, I'm focused on making my Halloween goal (which I'm sucking so hard at right now). Aww poor Keiko!
  • I need to lose 36 more for Christmas. *sigh* 3 pounds per week. If I stick to my 1500 calorie diet it just might happen!
  • Lost 1.4 lbs this week, rejoined WW, and reached 241 for the first time in as long as I can remember....today was a good day.
  • I am soooooo discouraged. I was down to 187 when i went on vacation over Labor day, then I gained a few back. I got it back off but now I haven't budged for the last 2 weeks. i missed like 2 workouts and have eaten maybe 100-200 calories more that usual but I'm still under my calories allowed for the day. I should be at a daily deficit. I keep hoping I'm going to get that TOM so I can blame some of it on water retention!

    Arrrgh, I hate this. My morale and drive is low to keep going when I hit plateaus.
  • kierr - I suggest taking measurements girl!! Maybe you are still dropping inches? My other suggestion.. if you are exercising regularly, do something different once a week. Throw your body into shock! Easier said than done I'm sure.. isn't it always.

    Rosario - woo! I saw that diet, what is a typical meal plan for a day like?

    I did SO good for breakfast and lunch today, dinner was out for a VERY late bday celebration.. I had half a burger. It was pretty yummy tho. I really enjoy red meat lately.. I craving the weirdest foods lately. I am SO tired, so I am off to bed.. I gotta start posting more. Maybe it'll get me motivated.
